The new year has come and it was only yesterday that I was writing my 2011 year in review. Since then a lot has happened on dustn.tv. Controversies, tutorials, insights, giveaways and some good ol’ fashioned fun!
For this year’s review I’ve refined my review process and I’d like to share a bit of it with you. And on top of that, I want to share the top posts from 2012 as well as the top 10 posts of all time! Let’s dive in!

First off, Happy Halloween! I hope you have plans to celebrate safely and in a totally non-heathen way. Don’t worry, that’s not some sort of Jesus-juke about how Halloween is from the devil or something. I’m actually quite fond of the holiday. It can be a lot of fun if done right!
As for me, I’m still trying to decide what we’re going to do for my son’s first Halloween. Hopefully by the end of today I’ll have an idea or two. If you have any great Halloween ideas for 11 month old babies, please let me know in the comments below.
Now, on to the weekly rundown:
It has officially been one year since I first launched Dustn.tv! It’s been a huge growing experience for me. I’ve learned a lot, created a lot, and most of all I’ve shared some awesome conversations. To celebrate my one year anniversary I’m giving away one of the most valuable things I poses– my time!
Last month I issued a contest that would give 3 winners an opportunity to be my very first students in a Master Class that I am developing. It is going to be a 4 week class meeting once a week via Google+ Hangout where I evaluate and coach each participant to taking their online presence to the next level.
Before I announce the winners, I wanted to update you on what’s been going on with me over the past month.
What an exciting month this has been! It caps off the 1st year of this blog’s existance– woo hoo! It’s been a great year, and I am astounded at where I’m at today looking back at where I was when the blog began. I really have to thank my readers for making all the effort worth it. If it weren’t for your kind words, fruitful discussions, and your generous sharing of content, I would not be where I’m at today.
In the video above I talked about John Saddington‘s post “Don’t Quit Before The Fruits Of Your Labor Are Revealed“. There are some great truths and some very encouraging words in that post that really hit home with me. I can honestly say that, by the grace of God, I am a testimony of what John is talking about in that post. Definitely worth a read.
