Build Your Platform In 5 Steps [Infographic]

Build Your Platform In 5 Steps InfographicThis infographic is courtesy of Michael Hyatt. It takes you through the 5 steps of his new book Platform: Getting Noticed In A Noisy World [affiliate link]. As someone who loves infographics, and moreso creating them, I approve of this.

I bought the book last week and I’m eager to start reading through it. I’m already familar with some of these concepts as Michael talks about different aspects of them on his blog frequently. If you’re not familiar with his work, some of it might not connect with you. That’s okay! Feel free to comment below and ask me to clarify. I’m happy to help.

If you haven’t gotten the book yet, this will be a great introduction to it. And if you have bought the book already, this will be a great reminder of the concepts Michael talks about. Check it out:

  1. I was on Michael’s pre-launch team and the experience has been awesome. Even though I’ve already read the book, I bought another copy. It’s that good! A must have.

  2. Got the book last week when the whole launch thing was on the go and I’ve read the intro but nor had time to delve into it. It should be quite interesting though and that launch pack was just too irresistible!

  3. Hey Dustin,

I’ve yet to pick up the book, but with all the talk surrounding it as of late I’ll no doubt have to, or the curiosity will kill me, lol.

That said, I’m REALLY intrigued by the “kiss marketing goodbye” notion. Being that I’m a marketing junkie, I’m dying to know what Michael means by that. Personally, I consider marketing to simply be communication, so I have a feeling he’s talking about one way, interruption marketing. Nonetheless, I’m intrigued.

I think the infographic pushed me over the edge. ;) I’ll be buying through your link!

  4. I have loved every minute of reading this book. So many ways to apply the information he gives. I’m a believe in what the book has to say. So much so I’m going to be giving a copy away in a couple of weeks! The information is too good not to give the opportunity to others to read and learn from it.

  5. Wow I totally missed that book launch. Haven’t been on Michael’s site for a couple of months. This totally looks like a book worth buying. The way he built such an active online community and simply fascinating!
Thanks for the recommendation, Dustn and I’m glad you’re feeling better :)
    Blessings on You!
